Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused items that are shipped back to us. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email info@plantcraft.com with your order number to initiate your return or exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to info@plantcraft.com with your order number and picture of the damage or incorrect items and we will send new items to you.
